This notice explains, in plain English, what we collect when you join the CrewCanoe waitlist and what we do with it. We follow Canada’s federal privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Who we are
CrewCanoe is a product of Marketing & Technology (16663885 Canada Inc.), based in Hamilton, Ontario. We are responsible for the information you give us.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect only what you type into the form:
- your name and email address;
- your business name, industry and team size;
- where you told us your week leaks time.
Only your email address is required. Everything else is optional.
Why we collect it
- to contact you about CrewCanoe, including when a spot opens up;
- to understand your business before we talk, so we can suggest the right crew;
- to plan which roles to build next.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own marketing. We use it only for the reasons above, with your consent.
Where it’s kept
Your details are stored on servers in Canada. Only the people at CrewCanoe who need them to contact you can see them. The service providers that host our systems may only use your information to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the waitlist is open and for as long as you want to hear from us. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask.
- See, correct or delete your details. Email us and we’ll take care of it.
- Withdraw your consent. You can change your mind at any time.
